Description
VinelTone is a sound-based installation inspired by the structure of a vinyl record, developed as an initial exploration of generative sound systems driven by physical movement. Hardware control is implemented using Arduino, where rotational mechanics and time-based loops translate mechanical motion into continuously evolving sound parameters.
Within the system, a trained RAVE AI sound model is used to process input mapped from color data in real time, allowing sound to emerge dynamically through temporal feedback rather than predefined composition. The project focuses on the translation and linkage between visual and auditory perception, positioning sound as a result of algorithmic processing and physical input.
